Talkback to HX1 in IQ

In the Element it is easy to talkback to hybrit. Just assign the input and talkback button is there. I have a radius and an IQ. I assigned Telos Hx1 hybrit to input1 and fader 5 in both of them.

Now, how to talkback to the Hybrit via console without getting the hybrit online....
