CISCO Catalyst 4500 with SUP 8E

Hello,
We have just implemented a new network infrastructure composed of two 4500 CISCO chassis. We have a little over 50 AXIA devices in this network.
We have two main issues:
a. Some of the sources are flapping, appearing and disappearing
b. we have a fusion console that has 2 or 3s delay in opening some paths from the buttons
I have had the configuration information for the CISCO chassis form support and configured accordingly, but no joy.
Did someone else encountered such problems regarding the 4500 CISCO chassis? Can the problems be related to the switching part?
