Multiple audio files saved profiler acts strange

Im having an issue with iprofiler and adobe. If i save multiple recordings on my pc and use adobe or winamp to play them back I hear the original cut saved no matter which file I choose. HELP! It seems like the only way to save them is byshutting down the application after each save. I can even see when I open cut the wave file looks different but what plays is the first cut saved.
