How is Stream Player different from SurCode for Dolby E Decoder?

1. SurCode for Dolby E Stream Player is a confidence monitor only - meaning it does not produce decoded PCM audio files.  The other main difference is that Stream Player automatically downmixes the 5.1 content to stereo, where the full SurCode for Dolby E Decoder decodes and outputs multichannel discrete channels.
